STS. PAUL & MARK SCHOOL INC. is a non-stock, non-profit educational institution located at Panorama Ville Dita, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. It is a school with a big heart because its doors are open to children of diverse learning needs. The school is committed to the total formation of pre-elementary and elementary children by providing a developmentally-appropriate curriculum in an atmosphere conducive to positive learning. Moreover, the school aims to maximize the potential of children with special learning needs. The core values of the school are Christ-Centeredness, Charism, Care, Love, and Lifelong Learning.

The school opened its doors in June 2007 to five (5) pre-elementary children and twelve (12) children with special learning needs. In 2011, the application of the full Government Recognition of the Pre- Elementary Department and Special Education (SpEd) Department were granted by the Department of Education (DepEd). With the success of its pre-elementary and special education departments, the school was granted permit by the DepEd to offer elementary education starting school year 2013-2014. Thus, the school started accepting Grade 1 pupils in school year 2013-2014 with a total of sixty four (68) pupils in its pre-elementary, SpEd, and Grade 1 levels. From then on, additional one year elementary level was offered every year.

Classrooms are air-conditioned and with adequate facilities to meet the educational needs of the learners. There are enough rooms for instructional purposes. Adjacent to the classrooms are the Business office, Administration office, Computer laboratory, Science laboratory, Home Economics and Livelihood Education laboratory, and the Learning Resource area. The Learning Resource area has sufficient teachers’ and learners’ references and instructional materials. First aid medicines are on hand. Bed and mats are available for the rest periods of the learners. Rest and quiet moments generate creativity and intellectual growth. To ensure this, a lagoon, vegetable garden, and ornamental garden, were constructed where the learners can just view the water, fish, and other living things. To support the physical development of the children, safe playground equipment are installed within the play area. For hygienic purposes, there are enough comfort rooms and faucets in the campus. The girls’ comfort rooms are distinct from the boys’ comfort rooms. Learning resources are available to develop the manipulative skills, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills of the children. Reference materials and visuals are also available. Moreover, a multi-media facility is used to make learning more interesting for the learners. Learners are exposed to in-campus and off-campus co-curricular activities to provide them various learning opportunities, boost their self-confidence, and develop their potential. In SY 2019-2020, with a total of 170 enrollees, robotics was integrated in the Mathematics classes of Grade 3 to Grade 6 pupils. In SY 2020-2021, the school has around 300 enrollees.

Believing that “every child is a blessing and every child is a gift”, it aims to reach out to more children and families, develop the potential of children for total formation, enable children to excel, instill love of active learning, and provide experiences that enable all learners to acquire a foundation of skills for lifelong achievement.
